These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the RozgarBell mobile application ("App") operated by Adrologic Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older. We verify age during registration through date of birth collection.
2. Nature of Service
RozgarBell is a government job notification aggregator. We collect, organize, and present information about government job vacancies, exam results, admit cards, and related notifications from publicly available sources.
- We are not a government body and are not affiliated with any government recruitment agency.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed.
- Users must always verify information on the official government website before taking any action (applying, paying fees, etc.).
- We do not process applications, collect application fees, or handle any part of the recruitment process.
3. User Accounts
- You create an account using your mobile phone number via OTP verification.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You must provide accurate information during registration.
- One account per phone number. Duplicate accounts may be terminated.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the App by automated means.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks.
- Use the App to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications.
5. Pro Subscription
- RozgarBell Pro is a paid subscription offering additional features (ad-free experience, unlimited bookmarks, deadline reminders).
- Payment is processed through Google Play Store billing.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can cancel anytime through Google Play Store → Subscriptions settings.
- Refunds are governed by Google Play Store's refund policy.
- We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.
6. Advertisements
Free users may see advertisements powered by Google AdMob. Ads are clearly labeled and visually distinct from content. Pro subscribers do not see any advertisements.
7. Push Notifications
By granting notification permissions, you consent to receive push notifications about new job postings, results, admit cards, and deadline reminders (Pro users). You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
8. Intellectual Property
The RozgarBell name, logo, and app design are the intellectual property of Adrologic Private Limited. Government job information is sourced from publicly available government websites and is not our proprietary content.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:
- The information in the App is accurate, complete, or current.
- The App will be available at all times without interruption.
- The App will be free of errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adrologic Private Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the App.
- Any inaccurate or incomplete information in the App.
- Missing a deadline or job opportunity due to notification delays or errors.
- Any decisions made based on information in the App.
11. Account Deletion
You can request account deletion from the Profile section of the App. Upon request, all your personal data will be permanently deleted within 48 hours. This action is irreversible.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via push notification.
