This Privacy Policy describes how Adrologic Private Limited ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the RozgarBell mobile application ("App") and related services. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and other applicable Indian laws.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use our App:

• Phone Number: Used for account authentication via OTP (One-Time Password). We use MSG91 as our OTP service provider.
• Date of Birth: Used to verify you are 18 years or older, as required to use our App.
• Name: Used to personalize your experience.
• State & Qualification: Used to show you relevant job notifications matching your location and education level.
• Job Category Preferences: Used to personalize your notification feed (SSC, Railway, Banking, etc.).
• Language Preference: Used to display content in your preferred language (Hindi or English).
• Device Push Token (FCM): Used to send push notifications about new jobs, results, and admit cards.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your identity and provide access to the App.
• To personalize your job notification feed based on your state, qualification, and category preferences.
• To send push notifications about relevant government job openings, results, admit cards, and deadline reminders.
• To manage your Pro subscription (if purchased).
• To improve our App and services.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) servers. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Your phone number is used to create a secure authentication session — we do not store raw passwords.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase: Database and authentication. Privacy Policy

• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): Push notification delivery. Privacy Policy
• Google AdMob: Advertising (free users only). Privacy Policy
• RevenueCat: Subscription management. Privacy Policy

5. Advertising

Free users may see advertisements powered by Google AdMob. We request non-personalized ads only. Pro subscribers see no advertisements. You can opt out of personalized ads through your device settings.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is only shared with the third-party services listed above, solely for the purpose of operating the App.

7. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed within 48 hours.

8. Your Rights (Under DPDPA 2023)

You have the right to:

• Access: View all personal data we store about you (available in the Profile section).
• Correction: Update your name, state, qualification, and preferences at any time.
• Erasure: Delete your account and all associated data from the Profile section.
• Withdraw Consent: You can disable push notifications from your device settings or delete your account entirely.
• Grievance Redressal: Contact our Grievance Officer (details below) for any concerns.

9. Children's Privacy

RozgarBell is intended for users aged 18 and above. We verify age during registration via date of birth. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 years of age.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
